New! The Supreme Court of Florida has amended Bar Rule 6-10.3. The following changes will go into effect on January 8, 2024: CLE credit requirements are reduced from 33 to 30 per compliance period / FL Bar members are no longer required to fulfill a "bias elimination" requirement / FL Bar members are now required to complete a two-hour legal professionalism course produced by the Florida Bar.
CLE Deadline: Assigned by the Bar
Carry Over Credit: Attorneys in Florida cannot carry over credits into the next reporting period.
Reporting: Attorneys in Florida must report their attendance credits by logging into their Member Portal on the Florida Bar website and entering the course reference IDs they were provided upon completion of the programs.
