The office itself was extremely comfortable; our staff and visitors appreciated the soundproof privacy of the glass-walled office as well as the natural light that came in from three sides. Our staff enjoyed access to main office amenities, including four large, well-equipped and easy to schedule conference rooms and a kitchen at no extra cost. Above all, Lawline-FurtherEd made us feel welcome. Its staff were friendly and engaging, and we were able to participate in a few office events including bake sales and an after-work party. We can’t remember another leasing arrangement that was as pleasant, friendly, and easy as our 18-month term with Lawline-FurtherEd; we were sad to go when we moved.

Vuture has been an appendage of Lawline’s office space for one year now. During this time, we have experienced kindness, courtesy, professionalism, and generosity from all the companies that live inside Suite 1105.

The countless windows keep the time of day in perspective with natural light and contribute to a productive work environment. In addition to the individual desks, we often utilize the meeting rooms for larger or more isolated meetings. Finally, the back of the office holds the kitchen. Each company has a little storage space to keep coffee, tea, and other shared kitchen items. There are also some communal supplies such as milk and sugar that are shared amongst the entire Suite 1105.

Overall, Suite 1105 is a pleasant and animated space in which to work.

  1. Is the office centrally located to public transportation?

    Four subway stations are located within two blocks [1, R, 4, 5, J, Z] and the [2,3] stations are four short blocks away. The new World Trade Center Transportation Hub and Fulton Transit Center [PATH] are within easy walking distance.

  2. What's the environment like?

    The first thing that happens when you walk in is you are enveloped by the abundance of natural light in the space. The layout of the space and low noise-traffic allows you to both engage in conversations with others as well as focus on projects at your space without distraction.

  3. Do I have to sign a long-term agreement?

    No, it's month-to-month so you set the term. If you're expanding or condensing, it's not a problem.

  4. What are the hours of the office?

    It's 24/7 keyless access. We're flexible so you can be flexible. There's always a security guard on duty and CCTV for additional protection.

  5. Is there high speed internet?

    Yes, free both wired and wireless with access points around the office. There's also an extra line for redundancy

  6. How much are the meeting rooms?

    The rooms are free to use.

  7. How many meeting rooms are there to choose from?

    Five with fitting 6 - 30 people

  8. Can I use the kitchen?

    Yes! Feel free to utilize the fridge, dishwasher, keurig, nespresso, triple-filtered water cooler, and microwave in our full kitchen.

  9. Is it all work and no play?

    We encourage networking here. Teams have lunches and fun events together to unwind.

  10. What are your amenities?

    • We don't charge for mail & package handling, meeting rooms, or internet.
    • Our office is a friendly and professional atmosphere. Your clients will be impressed with the space and meeting rooms.

Everything about working in Suite 1105 has been fantastic. After having worked in other buildings, I can say that this has been my best experience so far. The kitchen is always clean, organized and stocked. The entire Lawline team has been very welcoming and friendly. I particularly enjoy our group activities which allows us to meet members from other teams that are in the same Suite as us. A great office in an awesome area of the city!

Lawline is a modern, well-lit, downtown office space with a lot of natural light and wonderful Southern and Western views. It was great for productivity. The workspaces were large, unlike what you find in usual co-working spaces. There’s a positive vibe in the office, between the different companies. The cherry on top was Ann, the office ambassador. She was literally on top of everything that needed taking care of.
